REC Drop 01 / Treatment A 00:00:00:00 24 fps
Agency-tested AI workflows, delivered as drops

Win the pitch. Price the job. Keep the margin.

DropFrame is the toolkit a real production studio uses to turn a brief into a treatment, a treatment into a bid, and a bid into a job that actually makes money. It runs inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok and anywhere MCP works. It's built by the shop that bids work for LEGO, Walmart and adidas. And the first drop is free.

no video generator. no slop. just the boring parts, handled.

The weekend nobody paid you for

You know the weekend.

Every production company, director and content agency runs on the same unpaid labor. We just stopped pretending it's part of the job.

Friday, 4:52pm. The agency sends a brief. Due Monday. You open Keynote. You open your last treatment. You open a bottle of something. By Sunday night you've written 3,000 words, pulled 40 reference frames, and rebuilt a bid in the spreadsheet you've been patching since 2019. Nine days later you find out you lost to the shop that shot the agency producer's wedding.

That weekend was unpaid. It always is. Now multiply it by every bid this year.

The mechanism

One chain. Not five tools.

Everything you win with is one object. Fix the brief and the treatment moves. Lock the treatment and the bid prices itself. Wrap the job and your next bid gets smarter. That's the whole idea, and nobody else in this category has built it.

Brief

Intake that asks the brand what it actually needs, with receipts.

Treatment

Approach, tone, look, structure. In your voice. Pitch-ready.

Bid

Your rate card plus the treatment's scope. AICP-style, exportable.

Shoot

Crew, call sheets, schedule. Pulled from the same job, not retyped.

Actuals

Bid vs. real. Every wrap makes the next bid more accurate.

The Drops

Every tool is a drop. A new one lands every month.

A drop is one workflow, built and tested on real Momentous jobs before it ships. Members get it first. Members vote on the next one. Here's the run of show.

Drop 01Launch

Treatment

Paste the brief. Get a director's treatment that reads like you wrote it on your best day, then render it as a pitch-ready page or PDF. Two days of work in fifteen minutes.

Free: the draft, in text. Solo and up: your voice profile, references, render and job memory.
Drop 02Launch

Bid

Your rate card, your markups, the treatment's scope. Out comes a line-item bid you can defend, ready to send or to drop into whatever your accounting already runs on.

Pro and up. Rate cards and bid math live on our side.
Drop 03Month 1

Pulse

Diagnosis before the pitch. Audit the brand's channels, find the competitor gaps, run the deliverable math, and walk in with a price that's earned instead of guessed.

Pro and up. Benchmarks and the math are the moat.
Drop 04Month 2

Crew

A cast and crew database with roles, day rates and availability. It feeds the bid so rates pull automatically, and it feeds the call sheet so nobody retypes a phone number.

Studio and up. Your people, remembered across every job.
Drop 05Month 3

Call Sheet

Schedule in, finished call sheet out. Weather, sunrise, nearest hospital, the works. The part of producing that should have been automated a decade ago.

Free: the structure. Solo and up: the render, with your crew pulled in.
Drop 06Month 4

Client Page

One link the brand opens. Brief intake, treatment review, bid status, approvals, delivery. Your clients see a studio with its act together. We see a lead.

Studio and up. Every client who opens it meets DropFrame.
Drop 07Month 5

Onboarding

You won. Now the first two weeks decide whether they stay. Welcome packet, kickoff agenda, asset request list, approval chain, deposit and contract checklist, all generated from the job record and sent before they can ask.

Pro and up. The client that feels handled rebooks.
Drop 08Month 6

Production Page

The internal view of the same job: timeline, budget vs. actual, schedule, cast and crew, contracts attached. Run the whole production here, or plug it into the systems your team already uses.

Studio and up. Imports and exports to the tools you already have.
Drop 09+You decide

The one you vote for

Retainer proposals? Post-mortems? A treatment library you remix from? Lab members pick what gets built next. Then they get it a month before anyone else.

Pro and up. The vote is the product roadmap.

How it works

Thinking is free. Finishing and remembering are paid.

The skill does the thinking inside whichever AI you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok and more. DropFrame does the rendering, the rate cards, the benchmarks and the memory on our servers. Cancel and the drops stop. Your files stay yours.

Step one

Install the free skill.

One file. Works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok, Claude Code and anything else that speaks MCP. Run the Treatment drop on a real brief before you spend a dollar.

Step two

Ask it one question.

Type What can this do for [your company]? It reads your business and shows you the uses that actually fit, in plain language, and tells you if you're not a fit. Then it offers to run your first real one.

Step three

Connect DropFrame.

Pay through your membership, connect in one click, and the walls come down: rendering, your voice profile, rate cards, Pulse, crew, client pages, and a job record that gets smarter every wrap.

You

What can this do for a 6-person branded content shop in Austin that bids 4 jobs a month?

DropFrame

Four bids a month means roughly 8 unpaid days writing treatments. Treatment gets each first draft to an hour. You're pricing from a spreadsheet, so Bid pulls your rate card and the treatment scope into one AICP-style bid in minutes. Six people on set means Crew and Call Sheet save your producer a morning per shoot. Connected, you'd also get a Client Page per job, which for a shop pitching agencies is the part that quietly wins the next one. Not a fit: you don't run retainers, so skip Pulse for now. Want me to run your most recent brief?

The difference

Every other app is a box.

You get the features somebody in a product meeting decided you deserve. Need something else? Submit a ticket. Wait a year. Build a spreadsheet in the meantime. DropFrame doesn’t have a menu. It has tools you point at your problem, in your words, and combine however the job needs.

Everyone else

Their roadmap. Your workaround.

A fixed set of screens. A fixed set of fields. If the thing you need isn’t on the menu, it isn’t happening, and you end up running half the job in a doc on the side.

DropFrame

Your words. Your workflow. No ceiling.

Every drop is a tool, not a screen. Chain them, skip them, bend them, build your own skills on top of them. If you can describe it, you can run it. The possibilities are only limited by how you work.

Every job

The job record is the product. Brief, treatment, bid, schedule and actuals accumulate on one object, so nothing is retyped and nothing is lost between tools.

Twenty jobs in, your bids are sharper than your competitors’. That accuracy is yours, built from your own wraps, and it compounds every month you stay.

The Send It Guarantee

If you wouldn't send it to a client, you don't pay for it.

Run one real brief through DropFrame in your first 30 days. If the treatment that comes out isn't something you'd put in front of an agency producer, email us, and we refund the month. Keep the treatment. Keep the Lab recordings. We'd rather lose a month than keep a member who isn't winning with it. Full terms.

Objections, handled

Fair questions.

Is this another AI video generator?
No. DropFrame never touches the frame. It doesn't write your creative, pick your lens or dictate your taste. It handles the parts that eat your weekend and never got you paid: the treatment draft, the bid math, the call sheet, the client's status page. You still make the thing. You just stop losing money on the way there.
Will the treatment sound like AI wrote it?
That's the whole engineering problem, and it's the one we obsess over. Give it three treatments you've actually written and it builds a voice profile: your sentence length, your reference habits, the way you open. A treatment that reads like a template gets a director cut from the shortlist, so if ours does, that's what the guarantee is for.
Which AI do I need?
Whichever one you already pay for. DropFrame works anywhere that speaks MCP: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok, Claude Code and more. Your AI subscription is yours; DropFrame is the judgment, templates, math and memory on top of it.
What happens when I cancel?
The drops stop working. Every treatment, bid and call sheet you rendered is a file you already have. You can export your job record before you go. No hostage situation, no dark patterns, one button.
Does this work with the tools we already use?
Yes. DropFrame runs the whole chain on its own, from brief to actuals, and it also imports and exports to the budgeting, scheduling and review tools your team already has. Keep what works, replace what doesn't, and let the job record be the one thing that connects them.
I'm a solo director. Is this overkill?
Solo exists for exactly you. One seat, the Treatment and Call Sheet drops, job memory. Four treatments a month at $49 is cheaper than one Keynote template, and the template doesn't remember what you wrote last time.
Why monthly, and why no lifetime deal?
Because a new drop lands every month, and the servers that render, store and remember your jobs cost real money every month. A lifetime deal would mean the product stops improving. Founding members get the better version of a lifetime deal: today's price, locked, for as long as they stay.
Who's behind this?
Alex Darke. Emmy-winning filmmaker, founder of Momentous (a Las Vegas branded content studio with work for LEGO, Walmart, adidas and Hilton) and writer of The Creative Economist, read by 50,000 creators. Every drop runs on Momentous jobs before it ships. If it doesn't survive a real bid, you never see it.
