1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using DropFrame, the Drops, the DropFrame Connection and The Lab. It is part of the Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations and, where appropriate, report conduct to authorities.
2. You may
- Use the Drops and the DropFrame Connection for your own business and the businesses of clients you serve.
- Build your own skills, prompts and workflows that call the DropFrame Connection, for use within your organization and seat holders.
- Send Outputs to your clients, crew and collaborators as your own work product, after reviewing them.
- Connect the DropFrame Connection to any AI client that supports the Model Context Protocol, subject to that client's terms.
3. You may not
3.1 Redistribute or compete
- Copy, publish, share, resell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Drops, prompts, templates, curriculum, benchmarks, office-hour recordings or member-only material.
- Extract, scrape, harvest or reverse engineer the prompts, instructions, logic or data behind the Service, or use automated means to pull data beyond normal use.
- Use the Service, its Outputs or The Lab to build, train, benchmark or market a product that competes with DropFrame.
- Share a seat between multiple people, resell seats, or offer DropFrame access as part of your own paid product without a written agreement with us.
3.2 Interfere or circumvent
- Bypass entitlement checks, rate limits, seat limits, authentication or security controls, or probe or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.
- Send malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, or place unreasonable load on the Service.
- Impersonate DropFrame, Momentous, our team, another member or any person, or misrepresent your affiliation.
3.3 Unlawful or harmful content
- Submit content you do not have the right to use, including client confidential information you are not permitted to share, third-party scripts, music, footage or likenesses without rights, or personal information collected unlawfully.
- Use the Service to generate or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Produce bids, invoices, treatments or client documents intended to deceive a client, lender, insurer, union, guild, payroll service or tax authority.
- Violate export, sanctions, anti-bribery, labor, advertising or consumer-protection laws.
3.4 Community conduct in The Lab
- No harassment, hate, threats or personal attacks. Disagree with the work, not the person.
- No spam, unsolicited promotion, recruiting, or posting affiliate links without permission.
- Keep it in the room: do not screenshot, record or repost members' rate cards, client names, bids, treatments or discussions outside the community without their consent.
- Credit sources. Do not present other members' work as your own.
- Follow the community platform's own rules, which also apply.
4. Your clients' and crew's data
When you enter information about clients, crew, cast or vendors, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share it, for honoring any confidentiality obligations you owe them, and for responding to their privacy requests. Do not enter government ID numbers, full payment card numbers, health information or other sensitive data that a Drop does not require.
5. Enforcement
We investigate reported or suspected violations and may, at our discretion and without refund, warn, remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts and seats. Where a violation is minor and unintentional we will usually ask you to fix it first. Repeat or serious violations result in termination. Report violations to hello@dropframe.ai.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service and the law evolve. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email.
